The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Suppliers for the Firm

This Diploma thesis analysis the supply environment of VKV HORÁK s.r.o. according to the requirements of the quality management ISO 9001:2001 regarding the suppliers rating. The thesis also analyses the present way of suppliers rating and brings new, more sofisticated model of rating using the fuzzy logic. The new method should succesfully solve the questions of suppliers rating and should be suitable for the firm according to the resources needed for its application.

This paper deals with interaction of quality and environment and their influence. The first part describes the quality itself and tries to explain how it works and how we can reach the quality. The focus of this description is on the Quality Management System. The second part of this paper deals with ecology and environment and focuses on the production and considers environment when trying to reach high quality of products.

Publication System for Structured Documents

The publishing of electronic structured documents is the focus of this bachelor's thesis. The publishing system is implemented as a web server. Documents are written by the external MS Word text processor. The document layout and structure are specified by a document template. The publishing system has a web interface based on AJAX to update published documents. The publishing system's prototype is designed to manage company documentation in the field of quality management and fulfils ISO 9000 standards.

This bachelor‘s thesis is written in the form of literature search. Main goal is to map the tools and methods that are designed to improve and sustain the required level of quality. The text is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the definition of quality, its historical development, basic concepts that help define quality and in the end is a list of so called fathers of quality. The second chapter describes the tools that are used for quality control. They are divided into two groups - the seven basic tools of quality, and seven new tools.

Management Tasks Planning Optimalization Using Sharepoint

The problem discussed in this thesis is the optimization of the process of planning, tracking and evaluating tasks in the management area of the department Corporate Technology in Siemens, Brno. Having studied theories of CMMI and principles of ISO 9001, the given process is optimized by automating certain manual tasks. As Corporate Technology uses a SharePoint server to manage tasks, the application is developed to improve his functionality. This application has therefore been tested in the environment of the organization with real-life data and complies to all necessary requirements to be able to save at least 50 % of time in the optimized process. The results of this thesis prove the usability of automating manual repetitive tasks being conducted in the processes of the organization and introduce possibility of increasing process level by preventing human errors.

Možnosti rozvoje transformačních procesů v podmínkách stavební firmy

Bachelor work is aimed to possible development of selected processes in construction company - Ekostavby Brno, Inc. For possible improvements is selected a transformation process for a realization of a commission process. The commission process starts with a preliminary study for a realization followed by a realization. The work is structured in the following way. First is done a literature review in given topic using internal company sources followed by author experts knowledge. The second aspect is a case study, where improvements are suggested. The work is finalized by a discussion about improvements, possible modifications and also, well proved approaches in company Ekostavby Brno, Inc. The work can be extended to other companies, which are focused on construction engineering

Analysis of Chosen Concepts of Quality Systems in Further Education in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the area of quality of further education. It focuses in detail on the concepts of quality of further education, standardized quality management systems at international level (ISO 9000, EFQM Model Excellence) and specific systems used abroad (Swiss model eduQua and German model LQW). The work focuses on specific concepts and proposals of quality education systems developed and implemented in the Czech Republic. The output of the thesis is an analysis of selected concepts (National Qualification System, Project Concept, Quality in Further Professional Education), critical assessment of their form (methods, methodology) and reflection of their implementation into practice and impacts on quality in further education. The thesis links the theoretical knowledge with the practice and on their basis it presents its own proposal of possibilities of solution of system quality assurance in further education.
